  House was so close to beach. Property manager was easy to access and friendly. Loved the pool and backyard.

• Family trip

  We loved the place! Everything was as advertised. Closer to the beach than we thought it was going to be. Convenient to walk to restaurants and attractions. We went to runaway island for dinner, had amore donuts and ice cream and went to putt putt and drove go carts.

  Lots of helpful info posted throughout the house and the pool was great! They even had it cleaned mid week. Pet friendly is a huge plus! Thanks.

• Family vacation at PCB

  Our stay at this property was just okay. We had a group of 9 and stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. A few things to note for future bookings.

  1. Be prepared to bring your own household necessities. The owners only provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of one ply toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. For a group of 9 people for a week, that was not near enough. I've never stayed in an Airbnb that was limiting those supplies. We had to run to Walmart to buy our own essentials.

  2. Kitchen supplies were limited. With a larger group such as ours, we had planned to cook a few meals. There were zero baking sheets in the kitchen leaving us having to buy one. This wasn't a huge deal, but not what we were expecting.

  Beyond those few things, the house itself was fine. It's location to the beach is great and the pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids and hanging out at the house. I would recommend this place to others with caution of my two points above.

Your comments are appreciated tremendously. We clearly understand the disappointment in item number one. In the listing for the property, it is noted that complimentary welcome toiletries are provided. This can be written clearly with more detail to describe what welcome toiletries consist of (including items such as trash bags). We will ensure there are more products available going forward than what you experienced upon arrival. This is tremendous feedback and we appreciate it. As for item number 2, I have to concur completely, not having a baking sheet is unacceptable. We will be conducting a complete kitchen inventory to identify any other cooking items that may not be available to support a family's stay at the cottage. As the year progresses items break and are disposed of, or just disappear. It is feedback such as this that helps us continue to improve our performance, and in this case, ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are available. Thank you so much for visiting us and again, the feedback is tremendously helpful. We do our best to ensure all guests have a great visit and would love for your next visit to be a great one.
