  the condo was well supplied and a cute comfy place to stay everything was well kept and we enjoyed it. it was close to the beach and convenient. we only had one problem there is a crack in the bottom of the door and i am pretty sure that's how the bugs are getting it so we had that problem on the last few nights of our stay other than that it was more than we could have asked for

  Great deal for the cost. Easy walk to the beach, dining and grocery. Condo was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck. Parking was readily available.

  We loved the location. Easy access to the beach and really enjoyed being close to the breakfast/lunch spot. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe there too.

  We had a problem with bugs the last two nights of our stay that really made my wife upset. That was the biggest downside to the whole trip.

  I'm not sure when the photos of this property were taken but they are quite misleading. When I was there the "outdoor oasis" of a yard was overgrown (as in knee-high, sparse grass) and the plants and beds were unkempt and overgrown. The palms should be pruned and the entire landscaping maintained. The cute fencing around the property has turned into a white stucco wall. The light colored sofa in the photos has been replaced. There were plastic covers but no mattress pads on the beds. There is a door in one bedroom that goes out to a dilapidated, derelict Juliet balcony, that has a huge gap all the way around it that lets heat and bugs in and a/c out. When I arrived there were french fries on the floor of the oven but other than that, the kitchen looked to have been recently cleaned. There was one saucepan in the kitchen and two non-stick frying pans that should have been discarded long ago. The microwave on the countertop in the photos is no longer there having been replaced a large microwave now located above the dishwasher next to the coffee pot. There are only two electrical outlets in the entire kitchen so, in order to plug something in, the microwave has to be moved and unplugged. The refrigerator was plugged into an extension cord located in the lower kitchen cabinet that didn't look safe. I purchased (at a thrift store) pans for cooking, a peeler, a grater and other kitchen tools which I took with me when I checked out. There are laundry facilities downstairs but no laundry basket. The air conditioning closet in the living room was covered in an inch of dust and I wonder when/if the filter was last changed.

  But the worst was no mattress pad on a plastic mattress cover.
