  The property was exactly as described. The apt is small but the layout is fantastic and worked perfectly for our family of 3 plus our pup! The wall is thin in the secound bedroom so good neighbors are helpful.The location was great and easily walkable to many places. The beach access is only two blocks away, across from Thomas Donuts. Even in the height of Spring Break, we easily found a spot on the beach. We greatly enjoyed this property and definitely will return for a future stay.

  Very nice condo in an excellent location! The air conditioner works well, the beds are nice and the kitchen has got all the basics you'd need. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reason. First, the walls are really thin. If there is someone in the condo next door and you are sleeping in the room that shares a wall with that space, you can hear what's going on next door. There needs to be a bit more storage, especially in the kitchen. Add some hooks and shelves and the problem would be solved.

• Close to beach and pet friendly

  It was nice being close to the beach, but issues not addressed while we were there. Bathroom barely had any water pressure. Good luck trying to wash your hands, face, or brush your teeth with the trickle of water coming out the faucet. Same with the shower it needs fixed!! Sofa bed was broken and sagging. Nothing fixed while there and no contact from the management people. Other than these issues it was fine.

We are continually increasing our staffing to make sure that we can respond promptly to guests moving forward.   This is such a cool condo!! Very well maintained, close to the beach, doughnuts n coffee just steps away. Grocery store with everything you would need is walking distance. We rented a golf cart and I’m glad we did it’s a golf cart community. Only thing we noticed was the water in the bathroom sink n shower has very little water pressure which could be an issue for some. Would definitely recommend n stay again.
