4/5 Overall I gave a 4 rating.Positives: EZ check in and very responsive host. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean.Negatives: Carpets and mats in hall and at base of stairway need cleaning or replacement. Kitchen is not well equipped. No teaspoons, only 1 frypan with no lid. 1 small sauce pan, etc. For less than 100.00 it could be well equipped. Difficult to prepare a meal.One last thing: The irrigation in front sprays into the entryway and fills the front door mat with water. Unless it's dumped people will be tracking in the water.

5/5 I will recommend this property to anyone. It's a peaceful neighborhood very quiet, friendly neighbors, great area, restaurants, gas station, pharmacy, everything that you need. me and my family stayed there for a weekend in spring break.
The kids love it they have a blast. thanks again to the host for making our stay wonderful.
