CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, enter through the front gate. The gate guard will need the property address and the dates of your booking, then you will receive a guest pass
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 3574
- Check in at the resort front desk to get the access information for the resort amenities
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not lock the swimming pool gate door
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 2-story home requires 3 steps for entry. While there is a bedroom and a full bathroom on the 1st floor, additional steps are required to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms
- For the air conditioning to work efficiently, please ensure that doors and windows are not left open; room temperatures are preset to 72 degrees
- The pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee. If you wish to have the pool heated but have not yet paid the fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately as the pool takes 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on
- Please be advised that pool heat is set between 83 degrees and 89 degrees. We are unable to adjust the pool heat. If you arrive and the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. Please note that there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs
- The pool heat fee must be paid for to heat the spa as the spa can only be heated by the pool heater
- All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by overexhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches above 50 degrees. Please note that there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs
- Noise disturbance should be avoided and guests need to be respectful of their neighbors. Do not disturb other guests while they are on vacation and please keep noise levels down, especially in the early mornings and late evenings
