  Very nice place to stay nice clean and convenient to shopping and eating places I would recommend this... owner was easy to contact and had sure everything was to our liking

  So many Cigarettes butt on balcony. Look like blood stain on curtain . Broken drawer handle & other . Walls dirty. Mats in 2nd bathroom look like haven’t wash for so long. Stain. 2nd bedroom bed not comfortable. Found cracker / ham / cheese in bedroom dresser draw. The resort has only 1 small hot tub . On. Cold days not enough space in hot tub for guests . Water of the slide very cold. With amount $ spend you could find better place. We stayed at the grove resort & water park last yr . Much better than the Windsor hill. The floor sweeper not work appropriately. Trash bag so cheap not fit the trash can & fall apart.

  We didn’t let these issue ruin our vacation. We definetly not recommend this place to anyone .

  - We value the cleanliness of our home. Our cleaners ensure professional service and inspect for clearance before every guest's arrival. We sincerely apologize for any cleanliness issues that impacted your stay. We inspected the stain on the curtain and confirmed that it was not blood and came right out. In addition, we confirmed that the walls are just fine. To ensure efficiency, we will have the bath mat removed and will have it replaced.
  - For guest use, we have rearranged hand towels and face cloths and included additional shampoos.
  - As we aim to make sure all fixtures and appliances are working properly, we will look into the drawers and address any issues if necessary.
  - Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We reached out to you and asked that you let us know if you have any questions or concerns but we never received a message from you during your entire stay.
  - Transparency is paramount and all amenities are shown in the photos. We're sorry to hear that the size of the hot tub wasn't ideal and that the cold weather had affected your experience.

  Felt very private for a condo. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony. The pool was right out the door too! Will definitely be back soon!

  The condo was nice and the pool and activities was awesome but outside the condo needed some more love the grounds overall were good but a couple of days it needed some more help but overall it was a nice place

  Love the grounds and the pool and the condo had a couple of hiccups but was definitely taken care of so we definitely had a wonderful stay and can't wait to take another vacation
