1-No HOT WATER 1st Night. Called Management company only to be told COLD water is the hot...did not know this until I called Property Manager 2nd day. SAD SITUATION 2- Filthy. Had not been cleaned or mopped. Carpet disgusting. Roaches running around. Killed 2 3-Blinds fall off everytime you touch them to look out window. 4-No instructions where to put garbage other than they would charge you $50 dollars if you left any. Again, had to call and ask Mgmt. 5-Code did not work 2nd day. Had to check in at main gate every time you entered, then punch in at both gates again to get to condo. 6-Unbelievably HOT. 78 degrees is ridiculous.

This property has never received this kind of feedback previously as the homeowner works hard to ensure the house is in top condition after each guest stay. We encourage travelers to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to address them right away - this review is the first we're hearing of these issues.
Since your stay, the homeowner has changed the shower knob, so now it corresponds rightly to hot and cold water. As the calendar had back to back reservations in July, we regret we weren't able to schedule the carpet cleaning prior to your arrival. We are pleased to inform you that this is now complete and it has been stretched and professionally washed. During this clean, the pest control also came to ensure everything is up to standard. The homeowner has ordered high-quality custom fabric vertical blinds to be installed in the next few weeks to eliminate the scenario you came across.
Being a private resort, the garbage collection system here is little different with a covered underground trash can on the left before you enter the home. The club house where the guests get their access card, gives them instruction sheet how to dispose garbage. Garbage collected in home is simply expected to be properly tied up in provided trash bags and then dropped into those underground bins outside the home. We do mention that there is a $50 charge for garbage left unattended in the house or at the bin. But we do have instructions on where to take the garbage which are posted on the inside of the front door which guests see prior to leaving the home.
In regards to the access card - they have never encountered an issue with this in the past. And we really feel bad that it happened with you.
The temperature can be easily changed with the thermostat in the living room. And guests are able to control it, so we encourage them to set it to a temperature that is comfortable for their group. Our experience was great except for our initial arrival, when each of us was told we needed to leave a $10 cash deposit at the clubhouse for a gate access card ( the deposit was refundable, but I was not expecting this and was thankful I happened to have cash) other than that our stay was very relaxing. The condo was clean and offered all of the amenities needed. It was perfect for our party of 4.

We had a very good stay... the townhome was nicely furnished and very clean. The maintenance people responded very quickly when I notified them of the broken lock on the sliding glass doors and the thermostat not working correctly they fixed everything promptly. We were impressed with the security of the resort and the Beautiful grounds that were very well kept it was a cold weekend so unfortunately we could not take advantage of the swimming pool but it also looked very clean and inviting we did take advantage of the sauna that was in the clubhouse and the workout room was very nice. The only thing I would suggest to the owner would be to leave a few extra garbage bags as well as hand soap and dish soap. I also have a vacation home in Florida and we Supply these things for our guests. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again sometime.
