4/5 We usually stay in one of the high rise condos on the beach each year but decided on this house this year because we wanted property with water front access to the bay.
We rented a pontoon boat one day and did a little fishing and a visit to Crab Island.
We had three couples, a single adult and one child. The house was cozy and comfortable for our group. On the first day there we found the hot water heater was only putting out Luke warm water. A quick call to the Contact lady and they responded fast and adjusted the water heater. The owner, Randy, did show up several times on the property to do maintenance which has never happened when we rent houses. Come to find out it was his second month renting the house out. I would definitely rent this house out again.
5/5 The house was really clean. The set up was amazing, def will be booking this house again. Had plenty of parking in front and back around behind the house. Was Alittle tight going next to the house but we fit a trailer that fit a 26ft center console back there. There was plenty of room to tie up 3 small boats and a 26ft boat in the bayou. By far the best house we have rented.
