Wonderful Place!
4/5 Wonderful house! Some suggestions would be 1. Inform the house guests/renters that someone would be arriving early in am. to clean / pool maintenance. Startling to open the curtains to find a stranger in your back door. 2. Maybe provide 4 rolls of toilet paper instead of only two. 3. When asking for dishes to be washed, maybe provide a dishwasher tab / gel pack to wash them in. OR… if these items are unable to be provided, let the tennants know this prior to arrival. Other than these things mentioned, had an enjoyable stay with our granddaughter on her first trip to Disney!

Nice house quiet neighborhood
5/5 We enjoyed our stay.
Bed smells clean and fresh which I really appreciated. Plenty towels, quiet neighborhood, near shopping centers.
downside:
They expect you to take the trash cans/bins out on the collection days, trash can were already full when we arrived, we went out every single day, the day recycling was supposed to be collected we took it out but I guess it was late already and the trash can was still full when we went back to the house.
This is the first time we are asked to take trash bins out on collection days when we rent a vacation house. I mean, we were on vacation, who would like to be doing chores on vacation?
Other than that, the house is in very good condition for a family stay.
Quick Getaway
5/5 The house was wonderful, clean and spacious. It was an easy check in and out process. The only two recommendations I would make is consider a heated pool option and possibly offering more standard supplies. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this house and would use it for future vacations.
