    The property was nice. The pool and outside area was fantastic. The house was a little dirty. An empty beer can was left in one of the showers. We had 9 people stay. There isn't enough towels. The kitchen had some supplies. Could use more. The beach accessories were nice to have and use. Kayaks and fishing stuff was great. Location was great. There were no kitchen dishrags or towels . Could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay at the property.

    -Each bathroom is stocked with two towel sets, with extras available in the bathroom closet—enough to accommodate up to ten guests. Had the property manager been notified, they would have been happy to assist.
    -The kitchen is stocked with essential supplies, and we continually look for ways to enhance it for our guests' convenience.
    -Your feedback about cleanliness came as a surprise to our cleaning team, as they take great pride in preparing the home with care. They'll be sure to give the space extra attention moving forward.

    Place was ok. A few issues that should of been addressed before we arrived

    1 Master bedroom had no Tv for 2 days

    2 master bedroom filter on ceiling was disgusting. We had children there and they came screaming there a man in pool area and we should have been informed about cleaning services before. Fridge in pool area was not cleaned.

    - Our team checks all TVs before each guest's arrival, and we were not aware of the situation until you called two days later, however, as soon as you informed us, our site manager was able to correct it right away.
    - We’ve reminded our team to thoroughly check and clean all vents before each stay. Unfortunately, the air filter in the master bedroom wasn’t clean to your liking.
    - Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly, as noted in the house book, but we’ll make sure future guests receive a heads-up so there are no surprises.
    - The fridge in the pool area was cleaned before your arrival, and when we offered to clean it again, you declined. Ultimately, to assure your satisfaction, we accommodated your request after consulting with the Evolve representative. Again thank you for staying with us. Best wishes."

    Very nice. Enjoyed the pool. Bbq had no propane. No wine glasses and no dish towels.

    Vents need a good cleaning.Pool area also needs a good clean.The television in living room kept freezing.Had problems with the main door lock which eventually failed, they had to send out a locksmith who had to break in, because we were coming to the end of our time they left the main door lock and we went in through the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our 2 week stay.

    We loved the house! The prop. mgr was great. Tje home looked exactly like photos, very clean and well-stocked. This was our first experience with VRBO or anything like that and we will most definitely use them again.The.house was exactly
