• Perfect Layout

  House was very clean and as advertised! Really felt like we were on vacation when we were at the house. Great layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bath is HUGE! We slept 6 quite comfortably in this house. Pool area was very comfortable with full sun access somewhere for the entire day. 6 pool towels were available as were 6 beach chairs which we used at the pool because the pool lounge chairs were not comfortable and do not have cushions. The covered area of the back yard is a nice feature as well. The beds were extremely comfortable the pillows were just ok. The kitchen is not well stocked so expect to pick up solo cups as the few glasses available are indeed glass. I would also suggest a box of plastic silverware because the house maybe had 4 spoons. Also paper plates were a life saver for us. Oh and paper towels! There are only 2 kitchen towels and no kitchen wash cloths just a sponge. Pick up Salt & Pepper because there isn’t any at the house!! None of this is a deterrent rather a heads up for your first grocery stop. The Publix and Walmart are right around the corner. We really enjoyed the Lobster Lady (everyone of us had an amazing meal) the Veranda in Ft Myers and Izzy’s Oyster House and the Luciano’s Hot Honey Pizza was FANTASTIC classic NY style, so good! The management team was very responsive and we really appreciated the quick answers!

  Our family of six adults had a booked a last minute trip to the Fort Myers area to take in some MLB spring trading games. This property was a great find! Very clean, very comfortable beds, in a quiet neighborhood. Booking and check in were totally easy. Would certainly stay again!

• Nice house for family, clean, nice pool

  Overall very good impression, we would stay again, very clean, comfortable. A lot of bonuses like baby crib, baby high chair, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, pool was clean (unheated, around 78-80 degrees), shampoos and soaps filled, coffee available, matresses very comfortable, toys for pool. Small things missing: a blind in the master bedroom (one window has light from neighbors directly pointing at master bedroom), laundry detergent, toilet paper, frying pans and kitchen knifes were all broken (couldn't cook eggs for breakfast), kids cutlery.

  Communication with house manager was very good, quick answers to our questions.

  Good location (walmart and other stores at 3 min drive) was convenient.

  Kids loved the pool and the bunk beds.

  This house was perfect for the group we had. The beds were amazing! The only thing that would have made it better, would have been if the pool was heated as it was very cold.
