Beautiful Spot!
4/5 We had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. The layout of the property is incredible, and we especially loved being able to open the doors to the patio and enjoy the Florida weather. The indoor-outdoor flow really made the stay feel special. The early check-in was also greatly appreciated, as our flight arrived early and it allowed us to settle in sooner.
Overall, the home itself was excellent, but there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that we did not expect at this price point. The pool and hot tub were also quite cold upon arrival (around 70 degrees), which was too chilly for the kids. It would have been nice if the heater had been turned on prior to our arrival. Once warmed up, we really enjoyed using both.
We traveled with young children (one 3-year-old and two infants), and appreciated that the home included a pack n’ play, high chair, baby bath and walker. Those items were very helpful.
The home is located on a very busy road. While traffic noise was minimal on the back patio, it was more noticeable inside. The nearby grocery store was convenient, though we chose to drive rather than walk due to the traffic.
We would absolutely consider staying here again in the future!
5/5 This house is so amazing! We had a large group aged 13-71 & it fit all of our needs perfectly! The patio was the best part, with the bar area, multiple seating options & the awesome pool & hot tub. We spent the majority of our time outside in the beautiful FL weather. Kayaking out in the pond with the manatees was such a neat experience; they seemed to enjoy our company. The only downfall of the location is the drive to the nearest beach, but there is a Walgreens, liquor store & Publix just down the road, so that was very convenient. The host Sarah went above & beyond. She was very attentive & responded quickly to any inquiry we had. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

5/5 Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was all the things we did seemed to be 30 - 45 minutes away. As far as the house itself, only suggestion I would make is some sort of sun screen for the back windows & even that wasn't a big issue all things considered.
