Fantastic
5/5 Everything was really exceptional. The house was great and the lanai was the best I have seen. The kids didn’t want to leave or do anything else.
AMAZING!
5/5 We stayed for a week with two families and grandaparents who ranged in age from 7-70. We had an amazing week at the home. Normally pictures make homes look better than they actually are and that was not the case with this home. We walked in and were completely blown away by the space. The outside area is truly AMAZING. We were so impressed with the amount of outdoor space and the view from the lanai can't be beat. We've stayed in Cape Coral for the past 5 years and this was easily the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The local contact, Sarah, was quick to respond to any questions and I was extremely impressed with her communciation. If we were to stay in Cape Coral again we would book this home every time. It checked every box for all of us - beautiful and clean inside, and amazing outdoor area - amazing pool/spa, bar, outdoor TV, and huge dock to fish off of, plus a home gym in the garage and bikes. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

5/5 The home was just as advertised and even better. Pobably one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. We had 3 adult couples and a single with 2 kids under 2. (Kids and grandkids, awesome) everyone had a great sized bedroom with their own bath. The home was very clean and easy to find. The home is located on a main road but you hear zero traffic on the back lanai and in the pool. Close to shopping like 2 blocks close. Communication with owner was great and very responsive.
If I were to move to Florida I would want a spread like theirs.

5/5 Our friends/family group of 8 found this property PERFECT! The home was beautiful, comfortable and just as advertised. Everything was clean and in good working order. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Publix is conveniently across the street. Enjoyed a great meal at Yucatán Waterfront in nearby Matlacha. Would highly recommend this property!
