Business trip that felt like a vacation
5/5 It was a beautiful home. We were in town for a business meeting but also had time to enjoy the pool while we were relaxing! The property manager was very accommodating when we called with a couple questions. We will definitely put this house on our list for next time we come to Cape Coral!

Amazing property
5/5 This house is absolutely gorgeous. It's very spacious with many comfortable sitting areas throughout the house. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook with. There are two bedrooms with a bathroom on one side of the house, while the master suite is on the other side of the house, giving much privacy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and everything in the home is extremely clean. There are many large TVs throughout the home all with activated streaming services. The pool area is spacious with a table, many chairs, and a great pool for the family. While the kayak was too heavy for us to get down into the canal, my husband enjoyed fishing on the beautiful dock. Our family highly recommends this property and will most certainly be back for another stay.

Stay at Pelican
4/5 House was nice, as well as amenities. Would have loved a paddleboard or gameroom, but otherwise it was good. Floors could have been a little cleaner, but overall, the house was neat and tidy. Would recommend to others.

Cape Coral Beach stay
5/5 My friends and I were overall pleased with the home. Amenities were good. Pool was very enjoyable and kayak was an added bonus.
