Forget About Your Worries!
5/5 Our family booked a trip to Cape Coral using another Company and ran into a nightmare situation. We immediately went online and were able to book this location with 24 hour notice and, upon arrival, everything was absolutely perfect! The residence was immaculate and the construction was brand new and high quality. We made much use of the pool and stowed kayaks and went fishing and did some sight seeing on the water as well. The exterior pool and porch lights were automatically timed to turn on right at dusk, which made for a gorgeous and cozy atmosphere and we made meals on the provided grill and could sit and have a cocktail on the outdoor chairs and loungers or dip out of the soon using the provided umbrella for great shade. We set in comfortably for meals at both the large kitchen island and bench table and were in walking distance of the Publix, which was extremely convenient. There were also bikes and helmets made available, which also made for a quick trip to the store or nearby fishing spot. We were in town for a baseball tournament and I was able to easily wash the kids' uniforms in the washer/dryer available. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a great amount of closet and drawer space in each room so unpacking was effortless. We will absolutely choose this location again!
Great Experience
5/5 The property was clean, newly decorated and well equipped. Design was fresh and tasteful. Everything we needed was provided (kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella). WiFi worked with no hiccups for TV streaming and remote working.

Absolutely Stunning
5/5 What an amazing property! Everything and I mean, everything was so well thought out. Very spacious and clearly the owners thought of every single thing a renter would need. The kitchen was fully stocked. We used the grill and it also had every utensil one needs. The garage had beach chairs, bikes, pool toys, and floats. Plenty of towels, both bath and pool. Also, we loved the design of the interior...someone definitely has an eye for it. As for the outside, the pool was warm and clean and we loved using the kayaks in the morning. Honestly, I can't think of one single negative thing to say about this property. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs around this country and this was our absolute favorite.
