  Very disappointed that the property had extensive damage to the external house and missing simple items like wash cloths, hand towels, pillows and wine openers. The house was advertised as having a pool table, massage chair, heated pool and boat rental which none of these things were available. The refrigerator and ice maker were also broke. Had difficult time getting correct code to get into house. Very disappointing

• This place is not fully updated from the storms

  When finished this place will be great. The pictures are all pre-hurricane. There is no longer a pool table or massage chair. They have a blend of new and used furniture. There are no rooms with two beds a pictured so if you are looking for a room with twin beds it does not have them it is a queen/double bed. It is very clean as it was most likely done after the storm. It is large and spacious. The patio is currently unusable as it is missing half of the screens. The doors are bent and don't close. You will be attacked by bugs at night. Which means you couldn't open the doors as there are no screens so you couldn't enjoy the fresh air in the house either. The heated pool did not work. I paid extra to have it and it didn't function. The owner kept saying he would send someone to look at it, but they never did. The property maintenance person informed me it hasn't worked since the storm, they never should have offered it to me. All in all, a very disappointing trip but has potential to be a great place. Host should have been honest about the condition instead of leading us to believe it was as pictured. I have pictures to share to show the discrepancy.

• Great Stay!

  Quiet location and nice place to stay. We stayed for my son's baseball tournament. Was nice and relaxing when not playing ball. Our only complaint was that the guest bathroom shower did not have warm water. All other faucets did. Let the property manager know and he was going to look into the issue. Good enough for us! We would definitely stay again if we come back down to the area!

• Amazing for families

  Very spacious house with 4 bedrooms. In addition to the pool and the canal's edge, the house has a pool table and a massage chair. Fun for the whole family.They have boats and jet skis for hire outside for anyone interested during your stay.The location is less than half a mile from stores like Walmart, Publix, Wallgrens, Mc Donalds, restaurants and bars. But if you prefer to cook at home, they have a fully equipped kitchen to help you. Close to the most famous beaches in the region, with easy access from outside the city traffic.We spent amazing days there and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have fun as a family.

• Good location, amenities on Evolve a bit inaccurate

  I called the property manager when we arrived with some concerns, left a voicemail and was never called back. There were no beach towels or chairs which are listed, provided one towel/wash cloth per person, no hand towels for the bath. One or less of anything provided, one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, etc. The AC couldn't keep cool, when we would return late afternoon the house was always 5 degrees hotter and the day we arrived it was hard to get the temp to drop. Not sure the frig is at a safe temp even though on the coldest setting. The cushions on the back patio chairs are ripped. The dishwasher wasn't emptied and there was a really annoying lower cabinet door that would not shut. The house is a bit dated. The pool was a nice size and was well kept but the pavers on the patio were wobbly. There was plenty of kitchen stuff. Massage chair was a hit. Very close to Walmart.
