Super cute place
3/5 The condo is super cute but there were a few issues. First the automatic lock wasn’t working- no big deal- but instead of someone dropping off the key at the place- we had to go pick it up. And unfortunately, there were ants in the one bedroom.

-Unfortunately, the lock broke on the day of your check-in, and while we understand the inconvenience, we appreciate your understanding in having to pick up the key. The lock has since been replaced and is ready for future guests.
-We apologize for the ants you encountered. While the cleaning crew did not see any during their checks, we understand how frustrating this can be. The issue has been addressed, and we're happy to report that no ants were found after your stay.

5/5 The property was very nice, and comfortable. Especially loved the screened in porch, so sitting outside you didn’t get eaten by mosquitoes, and the view was spectacular. The only negative, was it wasn’t close to the beach.

Nice property
5/5 We were very happy to find out that this property was as described, which was very nice. We especially enjoyed the location, which was very close to the beaches but far enough away to lose the crowds. The view from the back deck was stunning - you looked out over what looked like sea grass and a lake between the property and the coastal areas. If in the area again we would certainly consider staying here again. One note, though, bring your own bath soaps as none were provided.

5/5 The property was nice and is maintained well. There was plenty of room in the unit. It would have been nice to have more chairs on the back porch. Take note the unit is on with third floor with stairs only. We enjoyed our time at this property and would stay again.

Relaxation in Bethany Beach
5/5 The condo is beautiful, very spacious and spotless. The views of the Indian River are spectacular. The condo development is very peaceful and quiet. My family and I enjoyed walking the trails and swimming at the community pool. The permanent residents of the community are very welcoming and could not be more accommodating. The property owner is very responsive and provided amazing dining and entertainment recommendations. If you are looking to relax and recharge this property is a must. Bethany Beach is gorgeous and we look forward to visiting again soon.
