    the cabin was very roomy. We had issues with the TV's working. Someone came out the following morning and was able to get 1 of the 3 working.

    Leaves were horrible on the deck. Beautiful view and YES we had a bear visit our property.

  • Everything was still dirty when we arrived

    It had not been cleaned so I called & was told the cleaners would be there by 5:30. They showed up at 6:30 making us miss our reservation at a restaurant. The place as well smells of mold or musty smelling even after the cleaning. Nobody reached out to us to apologize or anything about our missing our reservation or to say sorry it wasn’t clean.

    - The new cleaning company has replaced any worn items and is committed to maintaining high standards for all future guests.
    We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss your dinner reservation, and we regret the impact this had on your plans.     Was not cleaned when we checked in - was difficult communicating with hosts. No light in stairwell, coffee pot leaks, only 2 tiny bars of soap for 3 people for 4 days. soap left in bathroom from previous guests. bear poop on front walk. decks in really bad shape. Kitchen was well equipped and towels were really nice. Other than that the place was a DUMP

    - The cleaning crew was running a bit behind for your early arrival, but they arrived shortly after your check-in to address the cleaning. They fully prepared the property including cleaning the bathroom, removing the bear droppings from the front walk, blowing leaves off the deck, and preparing the hot tub for your stay.
    - Our property manager returned your call within 15 minutes and worked to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
    - We've noted your feedback about the coffee pot and will replace it promptly.
    - As is standard in the short-term rental industry, the property is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soap. For longer stays or larger groups, guests are typically responsible for restocking supplies as needed.
    - The deck is regularly maintained and we're committed to ongoing improvements. We've recently replaced flooring, couches, linens, and outdoor furniture to enhance the guest experience.
    We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive before the home was cleaned. Please know we’re committed to providing every guest with a pleasant stay, and we’ve taken steps with onsite management to ensure cleans are completed before check-in moving forward.     We enjoyed our stay & we had a visitor almost every morning. The house was clean and just as described. We didn’t spend as much time at the house this time due to the excitement of being in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. We do plan on making this a yearly trip.

    We had a great stay, got to see bears every day, was scared to grill out due to this but overall the cabin is really nice and comfy enjoyed it very much !
