  We stayed without internet for two days. We sent emails and made phone calles but that didn't help.

  We apologize for the miscommunication. When the manager responded to your initial request for help with the internet, she was unaware her suggestion of resetting the router by unplugging and plugging back in didn’t work for you. When she heard back from you the following day, she sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will display the manager’s contact information in a more visible location as well as provide instructions to reboot the internet, if necessary, which usually does the trick to reset it. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Vail!

• Best stocked house ever!

  This place was great if you like to do even a little cooking. Has more spices and seasonings than my own house. Stayed four nights and cooked in twice. We just needed base ingredients, everything else was in fudge or cabinet. Bus to vail resort literally across the street. Easy for people to catch the bus they wanted in the morning or on the return trip. Comfortable accommodations. Great deck with Mountain View’s and snow covered trees.

  We enjoyed our time at the house in Vail. We had 6 guests and plenty of space for us all to spread out and feel comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked and the house conveniently located close to two grocery stores. We cooked several meal to enjoy on the patio with the beautiful view.Closet full of games but we had so much fun playing Vail Monopoly and “owning” properties we had seen around town:)

  So glad we chose this home to stay in last week. The location was clean, beds, comfortable, and an amazing supply of every amenity you could possibly think of in the kitchen as well as bathrooms, etc. Seriously, 20 pots to choose from and a stocked pantry as well as spices. Amazing!

  There is no bus service during the summer but understand it runs during the winter with a stop just 300 ft from the driveway. Plenty of parking.

  While there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, be aware the master, the living area, kitchen and deck are all upstairs. Pretty steep stairs inside and out.

  I would definitely return!

  Also, first experience with Evolve and found them very responsive. To every question I had, and very generous.
