We had a good time staying at this cute and nicely updated house in Pagosa Springs. Just the perfect amount of space for a small group or a family. The outdoor dining & seating and hot tub made outdoor hanging out nice. There were just a couple maintenance issues with the house but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. House cleaning was fine, but not thorough—the kitchen drawers needed more attention. Also, kitchen has the basics but is a little spartan, so be prepared to bring your own food containers, foil, plastic wrap or plastic bags. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely rent it again!

We loved staying here. The view was spectacular. The cool evenings in the hot tub were relaxing after a long day of hiking. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax.
This home is so beautiful! It felt like home. The whole process from booking to checking in and out was smooth and hassle free. The host was super responsive. We would definitely stay again.
The property is great!
