  The condo is close to anything one can imagine: Box Canyon Falls, Via Ferrata, beautiful hikes, shopping and dining. You don’t even need a car to access most of the attractions Ouray can offer.

  Great location for accessing numerous sites!! Including Ouray town, Box canyon, Falls Park, Yankee boy basin, Million dollar highway & Black canyon at Gunnison Park

  There are many negatives to staying at this residence but a few positives as well. The condo is of poor quality construction and you hear every noise of the people above you. We had eight kids and eoght adults stay in a condo above us and every morning and night was incesdibly loud and frustrating. It was so frustrating that we ended up leaving early. The carpets are trashed and pretty disgusting. Probably not a big deal to most, but we had a toddler that plays on the ground. The entire area is a bit sketchy overall with a large RV park directly across the river and a trailer park not too far down the road. Me and my wife didnt feel comfortable walking through the trailer park to get to the downtown area. Its a convenient location but for what we paid, we were extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone else staying there.

  Hi Michael, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:
  - The upstairs condo can be quite noisy. During their remodeling, they replaced all the carpet with hardwood floors. It seems that insufficient sound-dampening materials were used beneath the flooring, resulting in increased noise from activities like moving chairs around. While we understand the situation, we want to emphasize that this does not imply poor quality or construction of our condo.
  - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience related to the carpet. We took steps to address this issue by having the carpets professionally cleaned during our visit in March. Additionally, our housekeeping team diligently vacuums the carpets before each new guest's arrival. We acknowledge that dirt and debris can be tracked in as guests come and go, which is why we provide a vacuum in the closet for any touch-ups that may be necessary.
  - The trailer park in question is a well-maintained campground/trailer park with a longstanding history and presence in our town since the late 80s. It's family-owned and operated. Each permanent resident owns their own trailer, and there's a buy/sell clause that requires replacing any trailer older than 30 years with a new one, ensuring a high standard of quality. Additionally, the park boasts excellent security, with at least two Sheriff's Department deputies residing there full-time with their patrol cars.
  - For guests who may have concerns about the trailer park, it's important to note that there is a convenient alternative route to town. Across the street from the condo, the Riverwalk trail, as described in the condo's description, provides direct access to the town without the need to walk down the road.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ouray. It was the perfect size for two, clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, easy communication with the manager...it was great.
