Nice property
4/5 This property was clean with a comfortable king bed. Well stocked kitchen.
Despite following the owners instructions, the television was not able to connect to the internet so we were unable to ever watch it.
Renters need to be aware there is a rental upstairs on the 2nd floor. The guests in that property create a lot of noise with foot traffic, sliding furniture and the washer is very noisy when they use it which they did late into the night and starting at 6 am. They left their dog all day starting at 7am who howled and barked.
We liked the property itself but will look for a rental without one above it next time.

Wonderful Condo
5/5 Clean, well-stocked, comfortable Condo perfect for three or two couples. Roomy and good location. We would stay there again!
Hiking Haven
5/5 This is a cosy sanctuary away from the summer crowds in downtown Ouray, although it does require that you drive into town if you want to go out to dinner.
But it is comfortable and well equipped.
Also be aware that it’s actually on the second floor despite the fact that it has a backyard area(the building is built into a hill)—so you have to carry all your gear and luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.
Great trails to hike in the area.
And good restaurants too!

Loved being part of the American Switzerland
5/5 The condo is close to anything one can imagine: Box Canyon Falls, Via Ferrata, beautiful hikes, shopping and dining. You don’t even need a car to access most of the attractions Ouray can offer.
We absolutely loved our stay!
