We had wonderful time and would absolutely go back to stay again. My family very much enjoyed the house and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit!

My family of four enjoyed our stay here, but were definitely squeezed for space. Although it's listed as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, there are only two actual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full showers. The other bathroom has a clawfoot tub and the other sleeping spaces provide little comfort or privacy. The sleeping loft is open to the common area with a pull-out sofa. The basement is also a pullout sofa that was remarkably uncomfortable and definitely had an odd odor to the whole room.Luckily, my kids could share a room and that left a room for the adults. We enjoyed the fire pit and babbling brook immensely. My son loved all of the inside and outside toys available (scooter, archery, cars, bubbles). The hot tub was relaxing and I loved that there was an Alexa in every entertainment spot. Would we stay again? Only if we wanted to be close to Boone. I can't complain about the location. It is excellent for those who want to be close to the university and downtown.

We were in Boone for wedding and our first time visiting Boone. Great house and location. The home and grounds were impeccable. The view from the deck of the surrounding hills was very peaceful.Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Boone.

Very close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Small cabin that is extremely kid-friendly.
Wonderful view, great hot tub. Good Kitchen, plenty of utensils. Games in garage were fun. There was a musty odor downstairs that improved with consistent use (emptying frequently) dehumidifier
