  • A perfect Setting

    5/5

I stayed here for a few days with my sister and brother. The Train House was just to my liking. It’s comfortable, well-organized; and the location is perfect. I love its history and charm. Our hostess Dianna went over and above in helping when I called with a question. Not once did she mention that I could have easily found my answer in the thoroughly informative guest book she’s provided. She was kind and as warm and welcoming as the lovely porch lights that greeted us when we returned to the house at night. My siblings and I made some great memories visiting Colorado National Monument, Canyonlands, and Arches National Park during our stay. But there’s so much more to do and see in the area, I would love to make a return trip to the Train House.

  • Great Family Rental

    5/5

We came with our 5 kids for a short weekend trip. It was perfect for what we needed. We even grilled on the back porch and it was lovely! We’d definitely stay here again.

  • Great Stay for us!

    5/5

We stayed here when we came to get my daughters senior pictures done at lavender farm! The house was so cozy and convenient to everything we needed. Cute neighborhood!

Only thing to change would be the branch hanging over in driveway that kept hitting my car.

Thank you for making the stay so easy for us!

From the owner: "Hi Leslie, thank you for the review. I was not aware of the branch but I am now and thank you for bringing that to my attention. It will be taken care of. What a beautiful idea to take senior pictures in the Lavender fields. You came to the right place to do it. Come see us again!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Train House. The antiques and vintage decor was a delightful touch that added to the charm and comfort of our stay. The house was clean, tidy and well stocked with all the essentials along with some additional treats. We would stay at the train house again for sure.
