Great property
5/5 We had a great stay at this property. The listing is very accurate and there was plenty of room for a group of 10 guys up in Granby for a golf tournament. The view is incredible and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay in the Mountains
5/5 We had the most wonderful time staying in Grandby at this beautiful home tucked away in the mountains. Lots of space with an open floor concept of kitchen and living room. Highly recommend!

Great Property
5/5 My family stayed here in July 0f 2023. The property was clean, remodeled, and the pictures provided online do not do the property justice. The view from the kitchen sink overlooking the mountains was second to none. The kids loved playing in the game room (pac man/donkey kong/ Galaca) and exploring the property by climbing the large hills/mountain behind the house. A gas grill is present which was nice as we cooked out every night. There is also a small cast iron bowl outside which had apparently been used as a firepit. We used it as the same and cooked smores. There are two cameras on the property which overlook the two doors which we did not know about prior to arriving. I assume that the property managers can view a live feed from the cameras at any time, or at least we treated them that way, so if that is a concern, please be aware.The property has a sauna and a soaking tub which my family loved. Overall, my family had a great experience and loved the property.

Great house
5/5 We had a great stay. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but the property manager took care of it quickly. The house is just as advertised and the views are incredible. Looking forward to a return visit and would recommend this property to anyone.

5/5 The Evolve listing was exactly as described -- and yet somehow it was even better in person! This home was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Additionally, the mountain views were incredible and the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Overall, this home was perfect for our group of 13 -- everyone was able to sleep, hang out, and eat comfortably. Whether you're bringing your family or best pals here, you won't be disappointed. Would book again!
The only minor suggestion I have for the owner is to perhaps provide a grill, portable fans, and a hair dryer :)
