    Refrigerator was not working when we got there on Saturday. Was finally fixed on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning the microwave door broke and I texted and called the property managers from Evolve Vacation Rental that manage the property - Patrick and Aliesa - to have the microwave fixed/replaced but never received a response back from either one. I called the Evolve 800 number on Thursday morning and again on Friday morning to request to speak to a supervisor since Patrick and Aliesa were completely non-responsive, but never received a call back. When we arrived there were dirty pans in the cabinet with food in them. I have been using VRBO for many years and this is the first bad experience I have had. I would definitely not rent this unit again as long as Evolve is managing it.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. 
    - As soon as we were made aware of your concerns with the refrigerator, we promptly responded and had a service tech come to the home to remedy this issue immediately. Additionally, after further investigation, no issues could be found with the microwave. 
    - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and as soon as you made us aware of the cleanliness concerns, we promptly sent the cleaning team back to the home.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    Unit was dirty! Very misrepresented online! I have photos, email me at [email protected] if you’d like to see them. Disgusting stains on pillow, mattress, big tear on bed skirt, dog hair all over, dirt we had to sweep up. Dirty kitchen. Items in rooms left from previous tenants. Broken closet doors, blinds, main door door lock unable to use, non working shower doors, cluttered mismatched sheets, pillowcases carelessly thrown into two different closets. Rude cleaning lady when we asked for more towels bc we only had 4 for 11 people. Rude owner, not concerned about making this right (text conversations available to look at. Currently Capital One has credited me $ and will be investigating based on all my documentation. Don’t stay here, wish we would’ve known!

  • Dirty, broken equipment, unpleasant stay

    The whole place felt worn and dirty. We had to go buy cleaning supplies just to stand the place. The sliding glass doors were hazy from age and not being cleaned.We mopped the the living room just once with the Swiffer mop and it turned black, we wiped the dining room chairs down just once and they were filthy. The microwave door handle is broken and doesn't open, the can opener couldn't open a can (we had to buy one), the upstairs bathtub water handle is so stiff it feels like you will pull it off the wall...one of the guests ended up taking a sponge bath with the sink faucet for fear of breaking the bathtub faucet.Not an enjoyable place to spend a vacation.

    The unit needs to be updated , there is no AC and also no fans to move air around so unit is very hot at night to sleep . You can’t lock the entry door

    Great at communicating after we let them know the condo was dirty upon arrival, with that being said, and we understand that things happen, but I think they should be more on top of making sure the condo is clean and ready to go before anyone else arrives, as I saw a couple of other reviews with the same experience. It was kind of gross arriving and seeing the place a mess. The people before us unplugged the fridge and left the kitchen pretty dirty so it was pretty stinky, and we were kind of grossed out using the bathrooms and stuff that night until they could get someone in to clean the next morning. Agree with other reviews that the place could use a little TLC.
