    The stay was pleasant and it was very accessible.

    The condo itself was clean and had a great view. Overall we had a good time except the mattress issue everything was good.

  • Comfortable Condo in a Great Location

    The condo is an older property but updated quite nicely. The beds were comfortable and the unit is spacious. The contact was very responsive from the beginning. I called right after I booked to ask questions regarding some of the reviews I read and he immediately addressed all my concerns and always responded promptly. The clubhouse and amenities are really nice.

  • Posting pictures worth 1000 lying words

    Bit of a run down property that are not portrayed at all in the images. Very old appliances, creepy bunk beds, and the heating in one of the rooms was not working at full capacity.

    Luckily we spent most of our time at the mountain so we only spent our time in the residence during the evening.

    Positives - dog friendly and great proximity to Fraser commerce. Very short drive to winter park as well.

  • ABSOLUTE DISASTER! DO NOT RENT!

    The unit was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was completely filthy! There were dirty linens, broken shower doors, towel racks broken and laying on the floor. The heating did not work. The refrigerator was broken and burners on the stove did not work. There was a bug infestation. I tried contacting the local management company and the owner numerous times without any response. I have never had an experience like this with VRBO. NEVER RENT THIS UNIT! I contacted the owner for a refund and have had no response.

    - We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Had we been made aware of your concerns, we would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. 
    - We followed up with Evolve and confirmed they received communication but did not receive a response after following up with you. 
    - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay and will follow up with our cleaning team and maintenance crew to further investigate your concerns.

    Refrigerator was not working when we got there on Saturday. Was finally fixed on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning the microwave door broke and I texted and called the property managers from Evolve Vacation Rental that manage the property - Patrick and Aliesa - to have the microwave fixed/replaced but never received a response back from either one. I called the Evolve 800 number on Thursday morning and again on Friday morning to request to speak to a supervisor since Patrick and Aliesa were completely non-responsive, but never received a call back. When we arrived there were dirty pans in the cabinet with food in them. I have been using VRBO for many years and this is the first bad experience I have had. I would definitely not rent this unit again as long as Evolve is managing it.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. 
    - As soon as we were made aware of your concerns with the refrigerator, we promptly responded and had a service tech come to the home to remedy this issue immediately. Additionally, after further investigation, no issues could be found with the microwave. 
    - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and as soon as you made us aware of the cleanliness concerns, we promptly sent the cleaning team back to the home.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
