Pool/hot tub is not year round, be careful booking in offseason
3/5 Be careful when booking in the offseason. We booked here because of the pool and hot tub for my 10 and 7 year old girls in mid October. We book every year for their fall break, decided to not stay this year right on Nottingham Lake since the pool/hot tub area looked so nice. They refunded us the cost of going to the Avon Rec Center, which was nice, but not very convenient for us.
The 3 star review is due to the fact that they said they would update the listing to indicate that the pool/hot tub is not year round and 2 weeks after our vacation ended it still is not noted as "seasonal" on Evolve or VRBO.
The unit itself was nice and had everything we needed. We would stay here again if I was assured that the pool/hot tub where open, for either summer or ski season.

5/5 Location was wonderful, apartment was spacious, clean and well kept. Loved the secluded view of the Aspen trees right in the main picture window. Highly recommend.
Great rental
4/5 Overall the unit is great. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Nice furniture and extra fans. Plenty of dishes and items you may need. Definitely recommend. There are a few things that need to be updated/addressed- Modern charging stations with USB ports The unit needs luggage racks- there is literally no where to put a suitcase The closets are crammed full of the owners things as well. The towels need to be replaced. Many are stained or dingy. Shower heads need to be cleaned. There is sediment build up on them. Not sure why check out is so early- 10am?

AH Village Stay
4/5 Great for the most part. Two small issues. The TV remotes were piled together, and it took a while to sort them out and the parking garage is extremely difficult especially for larger vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
