• Nice place, with a few flaws

  Beautiful view and nice place, but could use a new toaster, blender and hair dryer. Current two slice toaster has broken middle heating rods and doesn't easily accept bagel size slices. Blender works, but never would blend fresh strawberries used in smoothies. Hair dryer works but has to cool down between users before it will start up again. Would be nice if they cleaned the top of the refrigerator, too.

  Great property and the views were amazing! Only downfall was the construction that was going on in the back parking lot but would still stay again. Bring your own iron/steamer as there wasn’t one. Highly recommend this property!

• Decent Stay with Nice Views

  The location can't be beat. A few blocks walk to the main street, across the street from the lake *caveat is there's construction so you have to walk a block or so down before crossing the road and down the stairs* maybe because it was the holiday weekend but we had no construction noise at all, though the equipment was in sight.

  The condo could use some upgrades as far as cookware, pots/pans, but we managed just fine. The grill was a nice addition for cooking meals, but needs a good scrub down. The condo itself was clean - no complaints besides dirty dishes from prior renters being left in the dishwasher.

  The bedding, as mentioned in previous reviews, was a little funky. There's a plastic mattress cover on both the main bed and the pullout and it makes you SWEAT 🥵 the mattress itself was comfortable and the fans help to cool off the unit overnight.

  Overall I do think we would stay again - but would be nice for management to notify that the swimming pool was closed -traveling with kids this was one of the main selling points for us to book this place.

  Location and view of Dillon Lake was amazing and couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the deck and outdoor grilling. The updated shower is very nice and clean, but bathroom space is tight with no place to put toiletries.

• Construction Noise / Obstructed View

  Well, I've stayed in this area before a few times through bookings from Evolve and normally they are very nice and rewarding. However, this recent trip was very disappointing in that there was Construction going on directly in front of my condo and it was very, very loud all day long for both days. It also obstructed my view of the mountains! I couldn't even leave the parking lot for a few hours one of the mornings, due to Construction again on Labonte St in front of the complex. Although I've always had a great experience through Evolve, this time it was a 4 out of 10.

  I'm not disgruntled at all, I just wanted to give you my honesty.

  I'm currently in the process of planning a couple more trips this summer and I'm not sure if I'll book with Evolve again.
