This is a beautiful space. The art and furniture are curated so beautifully but everything is comfortable and functional. The host was friendly and communicative. We played cards at the dinning room table, had our coffee on the front porch and slept so well in the beds. It’s a great neighborhood. Highly recommended this home for a stay. Be sure to visit Waldschanke Ciders and Coffee Haus. We’d stay here again and again!

We were down there for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb and needed a place to stay. After climbing 110 floors in all of our fire gear, this was the perfect place. Very comfortable and cozy. Felt like home with the way it was staged. The house had everything we needed ready for an out of state stay.
The owner was available if we needed and it was a true blessing to stay there. We will be back next year to rent it out again.
Beth’s home is lovely – and the location is unbeatable. It is nestled in the center of city reformation and the newer homes, renovated homes, and original homes are finding a way to build an inclusive community. A few blocks from a light rail station that takes you to the heart of downtown. It’s definitely a warm and welcoming environment.
The Two bedrooms with queen size beds was ideal. The main bedroom is comfy and in close proximity to the bathroom – great when you are in an unfamiliar place at night.
We loved the two story skylight in the bathroom – provided a lot of light throughout the day but didn’t make it hot.
Cool and contemporary paint and décor paired with classic and comfortable furniture
Stained glass window was beautiful and breathtaking. Having a parking space off of the street turned out to be very important and convenient for our large rental car.
Basic supplies – baggies, wax paper, aluminum foil, etc. was a big plus as well as the full size refrigerator. We had a lovely family dinner at the big dining room table.
Kitchen island for food prep (we did not do much food prep, but we did use it as a staging location which was great)
Coffee and filters available was key for my husband
TV with Netflix availability
Front porch with furniture – I sat out there several times and enjoyed the ambiance. Can’t wait for the best time we get to Denver!
Thank you for your hospitality – J&R
