  Listing says 4 bed 4 bath but actual 3 bed and 3-1/2 baths. 2 bed rooms have no doors. Master bed room has a glass door no privacy, mattresses were saggy and needs replacement same with linens also. Location was OK, amenities were OK, Kitchen , A/C etc were OK.

• Cute house from outside but description is completely inaccurate

  This home is advertised as 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom. That is correct, however, one of the bedrooms is locked off for the owner and is not available. They have converted the "basement" into two bedrooms, one that has a vented door and the other can be referred to as a studio. It appears the lower studio was a tv or game room that now has a queen size bed, tv, desk and small refrigerator. There is no door for privacy and no closets or dressers. The 2nd basement bedroom does have a door, vented slats like a closet door, but you access it via the studio bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has double french doors however, they are clear glass pane windows in both doors, leaving no privacy in the master either. The couches in the living room are nice, but they are covered with dog blankets to reduce wear from renters. The two neighbors behind the home have large dogs that do not get along so if they are not barking at each other, the owners are yelling at the dogs to stop barking or to get them to come inside.The lighting throughout the house is very low as to save costs on energy so be prepared to adjust your eyes, especially on cloudy days.There are quite a few stairs throughout the property, leading up to the front door, up to two of the bedrooms, down to the living room, even more to the two basedment bedrooms. All are steep and narrow and some without railing which caused a challenge for a couple of our family members.The description should be revised and note that while this is a cute house, on a wide street, be aware of the lack of privacy, noise and mobility challenges.

The stairs can be seen in several photos, and we note the layout of bedrooms and the need for stairs in the description and photo captions.
