Comfortable
5/5 We stayed a couple nights as a weekend get away to hike the manitou incline. We really enjoyed the overall house. The management was excellent and included many amenities. The only issue we had were wasps nests all over the yard and the neighborhood didnt feel as safe.

Family stay
3/5 The house accomodated our family of 9 quite well. We were happy with the size and set up of the home. The neighborhood was a bit grungy, but we didn't have any trouble. The water was pretty bad tasting even with the filter pitcher, so we just bought some water to drink. The house is older and could use some maintenance, but the important things worked. There were also only 7 washcloths and we had 9 people in our family. Overall it served our needs and we would stay again.

- We will investigate the water quality issue and are considering adding a better filtration system, as well as providing bottled water for future guests.
- A thorough property inspection is being scheduled to address any outstanding maintenance needs and ensure the home is in top condition.
- We’ll make sure there are enough washcloths provided to accommodate the maximum guest occupancy allowed at our house.

4/5 The house was always hot. We would set the thermostat to 70 and it would always change back to 80. We liked that the house was close to a park. Good location for morning walks.
