Great location, could use some TLC
4/5 The location of the condo is great, quick 5 minute walk to town. Also located right near the hot tub which is nice for a quick dip. The layout of the property is also nice. Nice selection of games to play. We thought it could use a deep clean, the bedding could use an upgrade, one of the drapes in the bedroom doesn’t cover the whole window (suggest you get a wider drape so people can’t peep inside the bedroom which is at street level). Also wish they had beach towels for the hot tub (only small bath towels in the unit). The leather sofa was peeling on the arm and head rest. Parking easy right out front.

Loved our Stay in Breck!
5/5 We were very impressed with the condo and management team. The pictures do not do justice, it was a perfect space for our young family of four. Very close to downtown, an easy 5 minute walk anywhere.
We had a slight issue with the blinds upon arrival, and the management company had someone out to fix within 15 minutes.
Highly recommend!

5/5 This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable and relaxing. We loved the convenience of being close to town with still being private enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Definitely recommend for young families!
