- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. To enter, enter the code, then press 'ultralock'. To lock from the exterior, simply press 'ultralock'. Please be aware that that the keypad auto-locks once closed
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the bins located inside the garage. Please make sure you place all recyclables in the bin with the colored lid. If your stay ends on a Thursday, please place the recycling and trash bins out on the street
- Place used dishes in the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Log out of any Smart TV accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn ON the following lights before leaving: Living room lamp and both light switches by the front door
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- If you need to reset the breaker, it is located outside on the side of the house next to the guest bedroom window. The water emergency shut-off valve is located in the front yard in a green box in the ground (about 50 feet from the front door near the street)
- The air conditioning and heat is operated using the Ecobee thermostat located in the hall near the bathroom
