• Best vacation rental experience EVER!!!

  I couldn’t wait to write this review! First off, the host could not have been any more accommodating and flat out nice. E had been in communication whenever I had a question to start and always had a quick reply through text.

  Now onto the house. We are a family of 4 traveling, the house was immaculately fitted for every little need thinkable. Bathrooms were fully stocked with men’s products to women’s products. Kitchen was our favorite spot. It was fully furnished, down to little containers and ziplocks for packing snacks and sandwiches for our next day events. Full washer and dryer in the kitchen as well. My wife kept saying she wanted our next kitchen to mirror this one lol.

  Beds were so comfortable along with the pillows. The owner also had a roll out bed that was the most comfortable roll out I’ve ever felt. One of my kids used it and she was also shocked at how comfortable it was. I think the matting on that bed was a posture pedic style. All the beds were great.

  The nice touch of having cool snacks in the pantry was such a nice touch, along with a coffee bar that would rival any hotel you would stay at!

  The location was a very nice quiet neighborhood, lots of people just walking during the day enjoying the weather. We enjoyed going to the river which was only a 5 min drive to Paradise beach, lots of dog walkers enjoying the water as well with their dogs.

  I don’t go to Sacremento often, but for sure I will be back here if I’m anywhere near this area!

  Great rental Clean, easy check in, comfortable. The only issue is the loud intake of the heater. Very loud!

  Everything about this home was perfect for our stay. The area was a quiet clean neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants and a fabulous grocery store (Corti Brothers). The art and decor was amazing, the record player and records was an enjoyable touch, and the thoughtful touches (pancake mix, popcorn, travel toothpaste/toothbrushes, laundry pods, electric tea kettle and many more) were unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to reply and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again.

  We wanted to keep our 4yo and newborn close by while at Aftershock. This place was spacious enough and had everything you could need. The on-site playground was great so no one was bored. It was also close enough to stores that stroller rides for quick errands were possible.
