  The location was great! We loved being able to walk down the street to restaurants, bars or coffee shops. Great neighborhood.

  The place was clean but definitely signs of water damage (rust and dampness). The front bedroom door could not latch. We suspect it was a converted business so it’s not the cozy type.

• Convenient and clean…just one recommendation

  The property was just as advertised. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. The only suggestion I have is to make the window blinds be able to open. There is no rod available to open the blinds in order to get some natural light.

• Nice, Clean Property

  This property exceeded my expectations. Everything was as stated on the site. Rental was very clean. I've stayed in other South Park locations and this was by far the best value. Location is excellent if you want to walk to restaurants and stores. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Kitchen had the essentials including K-cups which was a blessing! AC units are loud and you do hear traffic which I fully expected. I do have a couple of suggestions that would elevate the property a bit - one, a table lamp in the LR would have been great - the overhead lights are very bright and distracting while watching the TV, second motion detector light at the back door would be great - it was very dark. Overall a very positive experience. I will be returning here in January for another visit.

• San Diego adventure

  Property was nice. Lots of road noise as it is on a very busy street. Not a lot of instructions on check in, wifi, tv. Motion light sensors in bathrooms were nice but light was way too bright in the middle of the night. would be nice to have night lights instead. Nice stove and frig. Cabinets are so tall, i couldnt really reach anything. Glad my husband is taller than i.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, Rita. We hate that we caused you any inconvenience during your stay, but the homeowners asked us to provide a little context to the situation you experienced:
  -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but unfortunately, external factors like the busy road are simply out of our control. We include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking
  -We've confirmed there are detailed instructions within the pre-stay email sent prior to arrival. We would have been happy to answer any questions you may have had
  -The distance from the floor to the cabinets is the same as any other cabinets, however, they are 42 inches instead of 30 inches because the ceiling is 10 feet high instead of eight feet which gives more spaciousness. We'd like to clarify that 80 percent or more of the cabinets are empty and guests have access to the lower cabinets as well
