Nice, But needs more TLC.
3/5 First of all, contact person wasn't responsive in the very beginning. Wanted to know if the kitchen was equipped with certain items. Called Evolve but really didn't know to much about the house but he was very nice. We arrived early for golf and thought we just go past the house. Our names were not on the list. Couldn't get a hold of the contact person again, called Evolve and they left a message to both contact person and owner. The owner called. He assured us our names would be added. He was very helpful. When we got to the house, garbage was on the driveway. Not a good first impression. House was nice. Needed to be cleaner. Kitchen: coffee pot cracked, no filters, sponge had hair on it, hot pot had no lid. Bathrooms: very little hand soap or non at all. No body wash in the shower container in one of the bathrooms. One towel hung up but it had stains on it. Need to update bathrooms and put towel bars up. Holes in walls where they were suppose to be. I texted some of these concerns to the contact person still no reply. We called her to find out which garbage cans to use on our last day. She did answer. They were not put away in the bins. Not bear proof? Pros: Location! House was very spacious. Game room very nice. Patio was great for star gazing.
