Big Bear Lake Vacay

Terrible stay from start to finish!
1/5 We decided to rent this property for a few days. The pictures looked beautiful and clean, up until we got there. First of all the first night we got there we got there pretty late around 6:30, the place smelled terrible. The following day, my aunt wanted to make breakfast for everyone and when she opens one of the cabinets she notices a bunch of black pebbles that honestly looked liked mouse droppings. Then when I wanted to give my 1 year old daughter a bath, the hot water wouldn’t turn on. The place was filthy and looks nothing like it’s pictured on VRBO. We thought this was an actual home not a bunch of townhouses next to each other. I contacted the on site manager, Suzy, and she tells me she will have someone come out to clean the mouse droppings, that they say was FOAM! I have photos for proof. Even if it was foam the inside of the cabinets as well as the whole unit was disgusting and completely unsanitary. My 1 year old daughters body is covered in rashes!! BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!
