Roomy Rental
4/5 The house is very spacious. Living/dining area is big and allowed us to not feel cramped. I was moving my daughter into her apartment so we had a lot of suitcases/purchases stored in the living room.
Had access to washer/dryer which was very helpful.
Coffee maker/Keurig machine was available as were filters but the K cup they had available didn’t work.
Could use some overhead lighting in the master shower/toilet area and living room.
Had plenty of paper towels/toilet paper supplies- that was great. Usually rentals are stingy.
Parking was amazing - lots of room. We only had 1 car but they allow up to 4.
Met all our needs & expectations
5/5 We came to Tucson for a graduation from UA. We've never been before. The neighborhood seemed slightly sketchy but the property was very clean, private, safe/secure. We never once had a problem, quiet neighborhood and the house was stocked very well. The homeowner was very helpful and responsive
