I had a lovely time staying at this ideally located unit just a couple blocks from Main Street. The hosts were very quick to respond and incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay again!
Hi Lindsey, the homeowners would like to share this response:
We look forward to hosting you again. Happy you had a great visit.
This property worked great for our family of 5! It was close to several resorts, well appointed, and in the perfection location right near downtown Frisco. The owners were very responsive as well!

Spent over $1600 for a 3 night stay. So many fees, two sets of taxes, and then after we booked, the rent price dropped on the dates before and after our stay by over $100 per night.
Swimming pool was not usable during entire stay. Hot tub was filled with folks every evening….not large enough for the number of units.
For more than $500 per night, I could’ve stayed in a swanky hotel. Next time I probably will do that and spend my savings on meals out.
Condo is fine, you pay for the location. Owners are very nice, the kitchen is well stocked, best one I’ve seen since covid.
Also, on our first morning around 8 or 830am, someone tried to enter the condo. We had the deadbolt on so the door would not open, and we rushed to see who it was, and it was some woman running down the steps who said “wrong unit” as she ran away…..and then 2 hours later, I get a guy knocking on the door. I’m alone at this point, so I open the window blinds, no he wants me to open the door. I open it a crack because this guy is one step up from a homeless dumpster diver, who is carrying some ratty clip board that’s seen better days and claiming to be the “property manager “ wanting to come in and do his “biweekly inspection for the owner”. My right eyebrow went to heaven, and if looks could kill he’d be dead and he wisely said “ummmm I’ll just mark the unit as occupied and be on my way”. Yeah, you do that. So, word to the wise, do NOT leave anything of value in the condo as multiple people obviously have access and will enter the condo when you are not there.
And for $500+ per night, I don’t think it’s asking too much for the pool to be open and to not have multiple entry attempts on our first day.
If I were the owners, who are incredibly responsible and seem very engaged in their property, I’d dump Evolve, and I’d dump VRBO because the fees are excessive.
Hi Pam, Evolve here. We wanted to let you know that we take many factors into consideration when we set our rates, so that the price is fair and reflects these factors, including the amenities of the property and market rates of the area. The prices and fees are clearly broken down before the booking is confirmed. The nightly rates may increase or decrease depending on a range of factors, and rates may occasionally drop if a property is not booked in order to increase last minute bookings. We do our best to create a great experience for each of our guests, so that our guests know they can count on a great stay whenever they book with us, and we are sorry that this was not your experience. We also wanted to pass along the following feedback from the owners: "We sincerely apologize for the pool not being open. As it is a community amenity, we are not able to control when it will be closed for repairs or other rare instances.
As for people stopping by, this is not a usual occurrence. We recommend keeping the door locked for instances such as the person who went to the wrong unit, however, we will not have anyone enter the premises while any guests are in residence.
We are glad you enjoyed the condo itself and found us to be responsible and engaged. It is our wish that all of our guests have a great experience!"
