Great spot for us to move our daughter to college. Nice and clean, and ac was great considering the weather was warm.

Everything worked out fine while 4 of us adults stayed here, but we have 2 issues to report that would really help make it better: The door into back bedroom squeaked very loudly every time we came in/out of the room (should be an easy fix as this got pretty annoying!). Secondly, while the front bedroom shower/bathtub had adequate hot water, the back bathroom shower did not! Water was barely lukewarm at the hottest setting. Even during summer, many people would prefer at least a warm shower! We would not stay here again unless these two things were resolved and we visit Tucson 3-4x a year.
Very nice and comfortable the check in process was great. We had some problems working the keyless entry and the owner was available and walked us through step by step. Most helpful! We loved it

Lovely bungalow, well appointed, just right for two seniors after sun & mountain hikes. Hosts Eva & Martin were easy to reach & immediately accommodating when attention was needed for an accommodation.

What a lovely home with such accommodating hosts. It seems like they thought of everything from coffee pods to shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels and hangers. My bedroom was lovely and relaxing and there was plenty of room for our party of three to spread out and have privacy. The location was perfect — a quiet neighborhood of adobes and bungalows, close to campus and the Fourth Avenue district. Would definitely return.
