    This property was dirty and musty, it appears to have had water damage at some point. I went to use a bowl out of the cabinet and food was caked in the bottom. I went to open a bedroom door and the handle fell off. There also was some type of brown stain on the shower curtain. The towel rack also fell down upon touching and the front door stuck so bad that I had to shoulder my way into the property. I emailed the host who just dismissed all of this….if u could give it 0 stars u would!

    Don't stay here if you're traveling with family. I reserved this unit a few days before our week trip. I was traveling alone with my 2 kids & mother. We got to the unit for check in. Luckily I asked my mom to wait in the truck with my toddler before we took our stuff in. We inspected the unit and there was the previous tenants belongings still there. I reached out to the owner and left a voice mail. I called customer service and that was a bust. Customer service is all prompted and won't allow you to work with anyone beside the 1st person you speak to. They will not allow you to speak to anyone higher than the 1st person you speak to. They will hang up on you which is very unprofessional. The unit had bugs in the kitchen & all over the livingroom. There was human hair on the floor in the living room area as well. The towels that was previously used were sitting outside the washer in the hamper. The previous tenants belongings was still in the restroom as well as her used towels still hanging up and her jacket left on the bed. There's also a no pet policy and there was dog treats and toys in the living room. The Owner finally called me back an hour right before my sons baseball game and was extremely rude and claimed "his guy" said everything was good to go mind you the pictures he sent me was taken from outside the unit on the balcony where you can clearly see the glare and can tell its taken from outside. You can clearly see in the pictures the used rag on the counter as well as the towels on the table. He kept telling me he saw nothing wrong with the unit after I sent him the pictures of everything and then proceeded to ask what I wanted him to do. He asked if I wanted all the lady's belongings thrown out. He did not offer the unit to be cleared but told customer service that he offered and I declined. He just kept telling me he didn't see anything wrong and to meet someone at the unit after I repeatedly told him I was on my way to my son's baseball tournament that we traveled 5 hours for. Customer service didn't believe me even after I sent in the pictures of everything. We were told we were not going to be refunded and that they would have someone go to the unit to clean. The owner told me to reach out to the cleaning company myself and I didn't get a response from them until the next morning after we had to find somewhere to stay. Customer service offered to have the unit cleaned so we agreed. We returned to the unit hours later and it was still not cleaned and there were more bugs out. We left the unit and told Customer service we were not returning to the unit. There Rest Easy Promise is trash. They don't uphold their promise and they won't refund you your money. They're calls are all prompted and once you start asking questions they will hang up on you. They will say they will return your call and they don't. Don't waste your money on this company. We were only refunded 25% of our total cost. We had to pay extra to stay elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this company because they will do you dirty. I have all the pictures and they think 25% is a fair resolution.
