4/5 We were very disappointed that the company not AC was a unit in the living room. Since it was unusually hot in Pinetop it was uncomfortable sleeping Fortunately it cooled off at night so that did help some. The bed was very comfortable and all appliances were new. The area was quiet

Good spot for adventures
4/5 Location of unit is near golf, lakes, food and more.
Spacious accommodations with everything need to stay comfortable.
Master bedroom a little hot in summer stay without AC unit. There is window AC unit in living room to cool off. Plenty of heaters for winter months.
