  • Dirty and disappointing

    There were pine needles inside the front door and dirt by the back door slider. The patio furniture was not clean. 3 of the front window blinds were broken and chipped. The kitchen ceiling light had dead bugs up there. There was a small rug covering the electrical cord to a lamp where you had to walk. A tripping hazard for sure so we unplugged it. The master bath shower door was off the rails. The Keurig didn't work. Any refund on the $200 cleaning deposit was denied. Needless to say, we will not return.

  • Bad property management

    Upon arrival the gate code did not work. Called property contact and received a message that she was finishing up with an appointment and would call me back. Fourteen hours later, I received a message from her. The gate code was still not working and luckily we followed another vehicle through the gate. Apparently, there is a communication breakdown between the local property management and rental property management. The codes provided for the clubhouse and spa didn't work for the duration of the stay. I finally received a message from the actual property owner four hours before we checked out with the correct codes. If you are looking to stay here, I would look elsewhere. You may not be able to get in and the management is not in a hurry to help you. This for Evolve as well. I sent a message to Evolve regarding the management and have not received any response.
