• Spacious and well-appointed

  The cabin is cute and we had plenty of room.

  Kitchen: well appointed with just about everything we needed. (It just needs a cutting board!) The toaster is terrible. It takes like 6 minutes to toast. Should be replaced. The coffee maker was dirty. There are basics like salt pepper oil, etc. No ice though.

  Bathrooms: also well appointed with soap shampoo and a fantastic first aid kit. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean, there were other people’s hairs all over. And you can’t fully close the door on the en suite or you’ll get trapped inside! The door handle doesn’t work properly. But the water pressure in the shower is outstanding!

  Bedroom: Referring to the master/primary, my husband complained that the mattress sinks in the middle and it was hurting his neck and back.

  The beds in the loft looked like the sheets weren’t changed either. :(

  There are many books, and some games for the kids! My kids desperately wanted to get in the treehouse, which is advertised as a part of the listing, but we couldn’t get in. The keys to the right of the sink simply don’t fit in the lock. Several calls and emails amounted to no help. I was told the management company would contact the owner and get back to me but no one ever got back to me.

  This is one of those places run by an outside company, so getting help feels remote and difficult.

  For what they charge for a cleaning fee, I should have a sparking clean bathroom and clean sheets.

  I’m bummed that we couldn’t use the treehouse.

  - There was originally a cutting board provided, but we'll check to ensure it wasn't misplaced or removed.
  - We've replaced the toaster and the coffee machine; thanks for sharing this valuable feedback.
  - The ice machine on the refrigerator is in good working condition.
  - We use a professional cleaning company that consistently does a meticulous job preparing the home for guests, upholding our high cleanliness standards. This includes ensuring the cabin is hair-free and that the sheets are fresh and clean for each new group.
  - We haven't experienced any issues with the doorknob in the bathroom, but we'll look into this to ensure it's still working.
  - While the bed in the primary bedroom is less than a year old, we understand that mattress preference is unique to each guest.
  - There is a key labeled for the playhouse that has always worked well; we'll look into this to confirm it's still functioning.
  We work hard to provide an outstanding guest experience and we look forward to hosting many happy travelers.

  My family loves staying in this area of Pinetop. Very quiet neighborhood, cozy cabin perfect for a family of four + the dog. Would definitely book again!

  The place is great for a couple families. Pet friendly. We had thanksgiving at Charlie Clark’s with some besties and had a blast and woke up to snow. Beds are not the comfiest but after a day of side by siding up there I slept super well. Some didn’t. I did :) the place is perfect for a couple families and throw the kids up in the loft and your set! Super duper appreciate being able to bring my 2 dogs! It’s hard finding a place that allows that:) in my opinion I’d be down to make this my go to for pinetop Vrbos and it’s nestled into a culdesac so it feels more spacious yard wise. We parked a suv plus two trucks with side by sides with ease. Thanks for the place:) loved it! Clean, warm, inviting, everything kitchen wise needed to make our dinners. Win!
