Wonderful house!!!
5/5 Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property. My son got married in Pinetop and the kitchen was great for allowing me to have space to assemble their cake. It was so clean and just absolutely beautiful. It was quiet and I just can't say enough about the comfort of this home. We enjoyed the quiet outdoors and beautiful weather on the outside deck. We will definitely be back!!!
Pinetop Weekend
5/5 I have stayed at several properties in the Pinetop area over the years. All properties have their little quirks and uniqueness, but I enjoyed this property for it's location and all it had to offer. The fireplace was great, as was the rear deck with all the seating and grills. The owner made himself available to us and answered questions quickly (most of the answers to my questions were in the Guest Book if I would have read that first). The 4 of us want to come back. I have already requested dates for next year because this property has become my favorite!
Nice weekend getaway in Pinetop.
5/5 The location was perfect for our group's planned activities.Clean and comfortable. The open floor plan of the Great Room / Kitchen is a plus for socializing while preparing meals. We enjoyed the Deck and especially liked the inclusion of a Gas Griddle along with the usual Grill. All of our needs were covered and essential supplies were well stocked.Would definitely book again.

Disappointing considering price.
3/5 No clocks anywhere. Could not access channels in one bedroom. Master bath tub dirty. Loose rail at enterance. Over priced. No coffee cups available. No cable available only apps.

Hi Peter, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowners after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Besides the clock on the stove, there is an electric alarm clock in one of the bedrooms. We are considering adding wall clocks for the great room and deck and appreciate this suggestion.
- One of the TV's experienced a wifi outage that has since been resolved and we apologize for this inconvenience.
- We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that our cleaning standards are met before all check-ins. Both bathtubs in the home are old and scratched which can give the impression of not having been cleaned. We have plans to re-surface both tubs in the near future.
- The porch rails have been replaced with wrought iron.
- The kitchen has 8 coffee cups and they've been moved into plain view to ensure that they do not get missed. We wish you would have reached out about this during your stay, we would have been happy to point you in the right direction!
- Our listing does not advertise cable as an amenity and we apologize if this caught you off-guard.
