Nice stay in the Pines
4/5 This seems to be a cabin thats been added on to. It was clean and the location was in the wonderful Pinetop Country Club. Just wish it had been build with more cooling and ceiling fans in the bed rooms. Don't know what it would be like in the winter. I stayed in the room with the children and no vents for heating or cooling and only a lamp for light.
Overall it was fine.

Nice Property but A/C didn’t work and it was hot
3/5 My reservation said check in was 2pm but when we got there the cleaning person said check in was 4pm. She was very nice and tried to hurry and clean. We could not get the air conditioning to work and we were very hot.

-The check-in time sent in your pre-stay email did indicate 3:00pm, we apologize for any confusion. The cleaning crew had the cabin ready by that time.
-Central air conditioning is not a listed amenity, but we do provide a standalone unit and a swamp cooler for guests' comfort. We wish you had reached out to your local guest contact as they would have been happy to help.

Ski trip
5/5 Great place to stay with my adult kids for a weekend ski trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful kitchen, living area, master areas. It seems the hot water heater might be a bit small. Showers ran out of hot water quickly. That might be a good thing to know going in so you don’t end up in a cold shower like some of us did. Overall loved it! 10/10 would stay again!
