2/5 Listing says it's a condo but it's more like apartments. Place is small and a bit cramped. We could hear the neighbors from upstairs quite a bit, footsteps and all. Place also was not fully equipped for us to cook comfortably. Overall area wasn't good

Disappointing
2/5 The condo inside seemed clean. However the outside was not swept: neither the front nor back patio. The patios chairs were not wiped.Inside there were many broken items:the screen door on the left rear slider was off the track (unusable) and the right patio door's handle was broken.The first morning we tried to use the toaster, but the lever to lower the toast into the toaster was not there.The shower in the 2nd bathroom contantly leaking into the tub.Luckily we only used the master shower nearest the master bedroom. Evolve did help us with the lack of a bath mat inside the tub. We bought a bath mat to use and they communicated this to the owner. Other wise using the tub/shower was too slippery.The owner agreed to reimburse the $20 for the mat we bought and left.I think this could be a decent property if everything worked properly and the outside patio and chairs had been cleaned.
