4/5 Clean, nice seating for patio. Pool not heated so didn’t use it but well maintained. Game room was nice to have, especially with kids. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Could have used more towels in bathrooms. Didn’t have any reason to contact evolve, seamless in and out
