  We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and kitchen had what we needed. The pool was very clean and loungers comfortable. The biggest issue we had was the dog next door. All anyone wants on vacation is to sleep in. This dog was put outside at 6am-10am and was so yapppy never stopped. It was impossible to sleep in. Bring ear plugs!

• Not so sleek getaway

  when I first looked at the property, I sent an email to the manager and never got a reply. I asked if the pool was heated. After the final payment had been made she replied it was not. That should have been a deal breaker.

  When we arrived with grocerys to bbq, the trash can in the car port was full and we had to use the recyle can for the week

  The bbg grill was dirty and the propane tank was empty. Found out it was the renters responsability to get it exchanged.

  The pool area was full of old crappy floats that the fabric was all deteriated from sun. The were 6 piles of dog poop in the lawn, nothing to pick it up with and our grand kids were told not to play in the grass.

  The coffee pot had an old filter and grounds in it and of course, old dried coffee in the pot. There was old junk stored in corners of the outside area, the sun shades were rotted by the sun and hung in strips. The master bath shower door frame was loose on the wall and needed repair.

  The neighbor on the back side ofnthe yard had two dogs that barked and barked and barked and then some more. That was f ing awful and they woke you up at night and in the morning.

  There was dog hair under the living room couches from previous guests.

  I took pictures to verify the above and if anyone gives a rip, I can send them.

  I contacted the manager twice during our stay by text and have never received a reply.

  I have enjoyed your service 4 or 5 times and have not had this ever happen. This property was not vetted and it suck

• Super family and dog friendly.

  Our family had a great stay. Our dog absolutely loved the outdoor space and ran to his heart content. Our young son stayed in the double bunk bed room, which had the lower bed on the ground so we didn’t have to worry about him rolling off. The beds were crazy comfortable The kitchen had the basics we needed for easy breakfast, lunch’s and dinners. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was too cold outside but we were a huge fan of the gate keep the kid and pup safe!

  The house is comfortable except the bunk bedroom has too many beds for a small space. The windows don’t open for fresh air and no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The “master “ bath is very small and tight.

  The king and queen beds are good.

  The halo use has lots of light and the patio living space is where we hung out most of the time. Very comfortable and a nice mix of sun and shade.

  The pool is very nice but it isn’t heated so really not swimmable till the weather gets hot.

  The house supplies are generous and the kitchen and laundry are both decent. We like to cook, so we found that the kitchen doesn’t have much choice in pots and pans and no cookie sheets.

  We asked for more glasses and utensils and more cups or mugs would have been nice. For some reason, most of the eating utensils were missing.

  Cindy, the manager was great. The missing utensils were a mystery to her as well, but She quickly responded to our needs.

  Overall, it worked pretty well for us.
