• Wonderful area to stay while visiting Phoenix.

  It was a wonderful place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We were in Phoenix to bring our granddaughter to attend GCU and the university was in close proximity to the house.

  The house is central to everything and we were able to shop for all the things our granddaughter needed for her apartment. It was great to have a lot of amenities such as the air conditioning, washer and dryer, TV and the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially our grandson. Whenever we had a concern, Justin was also available to assist us.

  The house was neat and clean but I think that it would have been nice to have the wooden floors mopped or steam cleaned because our feet was dirty after walking on the floors barefoot (we did use the swifter wet mop from the closet).There’s also some cobwebs in the ceiling in the dining room.

  The TV remote was missing in the master bedroom but we were able to use the tv remote from the living room. The dining table chairs were wobbly and needs to be attended to.

  Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would love to stay there again in the future.

• Nice Home

  The home was clean and very nice. It was so fun to have a pool to ourselves. One of the nights, lights came on inside the pool that changed colors, very neat. This home had everything we needed and was close to Chase Stadium. We spoke to one of the next door neighbors and he was a very kind. We are from a small town and were a bit concerned about staying this close to the city. We did feel pretty safe in this home.

  The home is awesome!!! We loved the pool, lots of space and very convenient to the location of our event!

  We had some issues with the fridge, they brought a mini fridge to use temporarily and had the big fridge repaired before we left!!

  We did not like that the temperature of the house was controlled by a program bringing the house back to 86 degrees inside every time we left!! We found that temperature to be quite toasty when it was 116 outside!! I feel that this should be addressed and provide more freedom to the people renting!

  There are a lot of dishes provided, along with towels, both for the bath and the pool!!

  It was a home we would recommend and definitely do a repeat rental on!

  Great stay, clean home, good “day of” communication. One dodgy toilet seat needs replacing in the non-master bath. Will update to 5 stars if the property fine print is corrected to state “Hot tub is 85 degrees or cooler. $50 additional daily fee to heat the hot tub.”

  - We had the toilet seat replaced due to damage caused by a previous guest. We wish you had reached out during your stay. We would have been more than happy to help and would have sent the maintenance team to address the issue.
  - The pool/spa can be heated as indicated on our listing for an additional heat fee that needs to be requested prior to our guest's stay, but we're sorry if you missed this when making your reservation.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
