Surprises that were not communicated up front
2/5 After we were approved for the property and made initial deposit we were informed another couple were living on the grounds of the single family residence. Once we got there we realized the single family residence was attached to the living quarters of the residence - Only a wall separating the other couple from us. Also, the residence advertised two cable TVs - None of the TVs had cable, just streaming Netflix. Finally, the bedroom with a TV located in it didn't work - The sound wouldn't work .

- The listing does state that there is a guest house on-site with two people living in it that may be present during your stay, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
- We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the TVs. We have since updated our listing to be more clear for future guests that there is no cable at the property. Regarding the volume in the bedroom, we have confirmed that it is working properly. We were readily available to meet you at the home to show you how to work the TV, but didn't hear from you until you were away from the residence.
