  Basic home. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Thankful for these homes that accept pets. Nice pool and back patio. Would definitely stay again.

  Great location, pool was great. Had issues with the internet but not the owners fault. House needs some minor repairs that look like normal wear and tear with rentals. Owner was very cooperative. We enjoyed our stay.

• Nice older house with issues

  Loved the property however there were a few areas that needed repair due to age. Pool and fountain were great how ever the auto pool vacuum and hose in the pool was annoying. Tapping noise in ac master bedroom. Advertise with attach garage. Found out later you are not allowed to use it. Complained and received an apology but for an over 800 dollar fee I would expect a discount at least on a future booking. Would not stay there again in current state and will probably not use vrbo again either.

  -We're sorry to hear you were bothered by the vacuum and hose in the pool. Unfortunately, these are essential for the maintenance of this amenity
  -We were not aware of any tapping noises from the AC in the master bedroom. Thank you for bringing that to our attention so we can monitor the situation
  -We had a flood that occurred in the garage the week of your check-in, so we were forced to close that section off. We apologize for the inconvenience and lack of notice. We hope you were comfortable using the other parking spaces available onsite. As a result, we have updated our listings to not include garage use until repairs are finished

• Kinda disappointed

  The housekeeper was very nice and did a great job with the inside cleanliness. Unfortunately there were a few things that were kinda disappointing about the house. The front bedroom window did not lock appropriately and was letting heat in that room. Even though we were told the new a/c system was installed the house was very inconsistent with temperatures, some rooms were cold and some were hot. The pool was refreshing and the BBQ was nice. The property was not well maintained on the exterior (over grown bushes). Additionally the back slider wouldn't lock appropriately either and there was a stick in the door for security. For the price I paid I would recommend another house.
